The device does not support USB-C to C cable. Please only use USB-A to C cable for charging. It comes with a USB-A to USB Type-C Cable. You don't need to worry about the adapter, just connect to any available USB port to make it work. (Reminder: AC Power Adapter is NOT Included).

Ensure to fully charge the device before the first use. When you change or replace the massage head, please push and rotate it until the bottom part of it totally inserts into the ventilation holes of the massager.

When the massage gun's battery is sufficient or has been fully charged, it is normal that the battery indicator lights on the massager will not turn on when the charger is connected. The charger shows the green light when it is connected, meaning the unit's battery is sufficient and does not need to be charged.
